Hyphens generally only work when you're targeting a keyword with SEO. In general, I would avoid them. Thus, reg fee undeveloped -- could be more with sucessful SEO of course.

Maybe $15 - $25 for someone looking for strong keywords for SEO, but not any quality content etc.

Depends on the type of traffic. Type in buyers, you have no market. Using seo, if you can get some traffic in, maybe some value. I think it's the kind of domain that has to be developed to have anything above reg fee value. And I have no clue about the TM issue, since game and boy are actual words, and in this case they are seperated, unlike 'gameboy'......dunno about that.
