I need your objective opinion and suggestions on how to improve this design.

Hey!

I would say go with the v3; i like it because its cooler on the eyes and doesn't hurt them like the v2 white background. I also like what you did with the header on the v3, it looks great, nice pattern.
The brown fits in well for the subject.

It looks nice but it looks like part of the title TexasRVSales is in italic and part of it not in italic? I would switch it all to not italic and perhaps separate the words. Maybe put "contact us" in a tab at the top, and switch to a lighter shade of brown for the background...may be easier on the eyes.

I didn't see v2 but i think this layout is good
My only note is that logo/title of the page should be bold or modifidied in a way that can capture your first view

not unless that's the theme color it looks dull, maybe a change of color brown would do it.
