Hello everyone,

What i need done is a webhosting signup form which will needed to be integrated into the template that's currently being used on MangoWebs.

You will need to make a forum where a potential customer will fill in info such as:
- Name
- Desired Hosting Plan

and so on..

After they click submit, the results will be emailed to me at:
[email protected]

They will also be confronted with a PayPal payment button which will be linking to a PayPal payment page paying to my PayPal account:
[email protected]

After they finish sending the payment, they will be taken to a page saying:

"Thankyou, your order is being processed and will be setup as soon as possible"

I've created something very similar to what you need for my site at www.HostDurham.com

I modelled it after the modernbill sign-up process. It also includes domain registration in the process. Basically, the user selects a hosting plan, chooses their domain name, and chooses their payment method (paypal/creditcard or cheque).
