I need a petition website, which cms?

Can't find a nice CMS for a simple petition website.

Any advise?

Joomla has add ons:

I tried the Wordpress plugin and got fatal error. Maybe it's too old for wordpress 3.
The Joomla plugin is even older, do you ever used it in a website?

The standalone php script looks fine but I'm not a programmer. i look for something easier or I'll ask help.
