Hello all, please I have one and two words .us domain and I don't know if it can sell fast

Usually .us can not sell even slowly except for heavy keywords and NNN

I bought motorparts.us for 10 bucks from name.com expiring, thought I just found gold, turns out it isn't even copper. I really don't get it. .DE (germany) selling for top Dollar and the US has 4x the population...
