Hi,

I think everything.org would be in this range mid $xx,xxx with no development, and high $xx,xxx if you develope it.

Its not a comercial word, very generic.
You could build a web relating to all the organizations , ONG, health care, help, art, etc like a yellow-pages site to find org´s.
