If you are OK with the price, sell it!
If this will become your first sale, grab the money :)
Or make counter, but not too high.
This price for this domain is good, i think.

offer from someone named Peter Nderi (IP showing from Kenya). I searched & found one linkedin profile with same name who is an Retail Property Manager at Knight Frank Kenya.
What do you think about counter offer value?
Thank you. I will counter offer accordingly.

    I think it's too low - I'd counter.

First I should say, it depends very much on whether you need the money - If you need 100 and you can't afford to loose the deal then you should take it..... if not then i'd counter with $350/$400 and you'll probably settle somewhere in the middle.

I looked at sales on NameBio before coming up with the counter value.

Thank you very much. I think I got my answer. By the way right now I have not that much urgency for money.

I think - the max price is $150-200, It's unbelievable to fly to $400.

As I said, If he needs the money then he should take it. But looking at the sales on NameBio, around $300/350 is realistic. He counters $350, they come back with say $200/250 then he gets a deal in the middle.

    Similar from 2017:

    paperwolf $303
    papertigersa $607
paperforsale $325 (this one is very relevant)
    paperroad $360

Domaining is all about bids and counterbids

An experienced domainer would respond saying thank you for the offer but we have higher bids than that at the moment.

That is assuming that €100 is not a lot of money to you.

With PaperWallet being out there, and PaperBid being an actual term in use in the financial industry, you should not be entertaining a sale anywhere near that amount.

Agree that is too low, and not sure you should even counter. Check with Undeveloped and see if you reject the offer if you then have the capacity to make a comment to buyer instead of an actual amount. What you CAN do is counter and then post a comment after, so if you are going to counter, have your comment ready to paste. Personally like to add a snippet of something instead of just raw numbers.

    Good Luck!

As @MapleDots said I swiftly declined his initial offer saying that I have higher offer.

He countered with his offer of €214.18, I finally declined that offer too.
    Let's wait & see.

    Anyway thank you guys.
