I found a free download management script

I was looking for a decent download management script and stumbled across this site: http://nsdm.neotropicsolutions.net/files.php?fid=75

I was only able to download the file using Firfox and there seems to be a few bugs in the script, but hopefully if a lot of people start using it they will get the bugs out.

The only thing I don't like about it so far is other people can also upload, but maybe if enough people complain about that they will make it so you can turn that off and only let the admin upload.
