I was trying to get AdSense for Domains to work but when I log into my adsense CP and click AdSense Setup, I don't have the option of AdSense for Domain. All I have for Content, Search Union, for Search, for Feeds and for Mobile Content.
Anybody knows why? Do I have to opt in explicitly somewhere?
