I cannot get the verification code from GoDaddy

From last Friday, I cannot get the 2-step verification code from godaddy, so I cannot login anymore. My phone number is the o2 card in Europe. I tried to get contact with the godaddy service, they said there is not any problem on their side. I also went to the o2 shop to ask whether the godaddy number is blocked by them, they replied it is not possible.
Does anybody know what happened?

Try to disable it, but it will take 3 businessmen days. Cannot wait so long.

try to chat with them or call them directly .. I had the same case .. unfortunately they don't support many cell networks and they don't even covered most of countries ,, I suggest to go live with them through chat .. they can fix it for you .. Good luck
