I like it. It's very intuitive. Sounds like it's a real organization. I would say mid to high $xx. If a federal organization gets interested in it expect alot more.

Think about developing it into an actual hurricane alert site. Maybe have feeds from the National Hurricane Center. You could have ads for hurricane preparedness or construction companies for rebuilding. Lots of potential.
