The Site was going to be created by me and make a large Humour Site, but i never got time to Advertisie it so yeah, the site is Mostly Created, there are a few things that you would need doing however, it currently has

Admin Panel, Where you can Add/Delete Pictures, Jokes or Flash Files
The Main pictures.php, flash.php and jokes.php has been created, everythink had been created basically apart from Contact Page and Submit Page..
So really not much to be done unless u wanted it to look better etc.etc.
