I am selling HumorSystem.com.
I bought the site a few months ago but I just do not have time time to work on it anymore, I also need to get some money so I can invest in new sites.
I have not done a lick of advertising or SEO and the site has made two sales in the two months I have owned it, I am sure with a little work you could be making 7+ sales a month.

Okay, very nice. The script was sold to you, but you don't know about the script. This is kind of bad. Would you provide a email to the orginal owner and a link to the sale on the forum. So, we can verify you have the right to sale the scripts ownership license.
