Agree with your search terms, but IMHO the ".NET" will hold it down considerably. $50 - $75+ (wholesale), IMHO.
PS. Wondering if the ".ORG" is either taken or developed? (I haven't checked, but think they could make for nice potential "leads").

I'm unsure of the org in this name.. being available. I like the .net in being a "network" of listed realtors showcasing the HUD homes they represent.. that was my take on the .net

The .COM is taken, undeveloped and listed with BuyDomains.com

Not sure if BuyDomains is the OWNER or only doing BROKER svc's for the registrant. With BuyDomains it's hard too tell. They DO NOT list an asking price. So I have an inquiry into BDomains to find out the asking price of HudHousing.com
We'll see what they are wanting for the .com
