Site is collection of free html codes which could be used without registration to paste into html page-remotly hosted.
This is version one of this site made in few days just to save time for indexing by search engine while version 2 is finished. I started making new version with better design and 3 times much content which needs to optimized for search engines(title tags, body texts and other) but I haven't finished yet because of lack of time and I will send those files to buyer including 2 website templates(css and html) which will be placed for download under GPL and submitted as content for backlinks to lot of sites with free websites templates.
Site is old: 3 months

PR: 7 on homepage, 6 on all other pages. I got 3 more links from links exchange and couple of one way links from other sites few days ago so this isn't included in PR(Had it before those links).
Revenue: Made less than 3$ with adsense so far but potential is not in adsense, it's in selling links.
Monthly costs: 0$ - site is hosted on free hosting by Atspace and doesn't own domain, but there is an option to upgrade to paid hosting and host domain while keeping subdomain from atspace. I haven't done that so far because I don't have payment option(I live in Serbia!)
Why am I selling this website: I don't have time to finish redesign, add all new content, make SEO and get traffic because my classes on faculty started 2 weeks ago and I wont to finish my faculty( I am on last year of chemistry studies), and another reason is that it's complicated to me to pay for hosting and upgrade.
After all if I am not satisfied with offered price I will keep site and easily sell some links for around 200$ per month in summary.
