I had planned to develop this with a simple conversion script. But since I am no longer doing any development, it has to go. HTML to PDF, and PDF to HTML are very popular services. I have had other sites that do various conversions and done pretty well, especially since they take no maintenance. Lots of free or low cost scripts available if you can't do it yourself.
