say if i have a template open in frontpage it shows all the pictures but when i add the html form frontpage to my server it doesnt show the pictures how do i make it so when i switch the code over it shows the pictures?

did you upload the pictures to the server along with the html?

If you go to your site and click View and Source (in the main menu). Are the images saying something like C:\My Documents\.... If they do then you have not saved the images to your hard drive and or published the images to the server. This is a common FrontPage error.

easy way to solve that is to upload using frontpage

ok i thought i just copy the html link so i gotta upload the pictures as well?

yes, you need to upload the pictures then edit your html to reflect where you uploaded your pictures
