I'm a little new here, but Id really like to sell this domain and website so an appraisal would be so useful.

It gets about 1000 visits a month and is quite good for organic traffic I guess as i don't really promote it.

Little bit long, and the .net would lower the price from what I hear people prefer .com domains etc...
