There's no fowards, no ccs, no bccs, nothing, just a from and to.

How do you know that there were no bcc's? bcc = blind carbon copy, meaning the addresses included in bcc won't show up anywhere in the email. You were probably included in the bcc.

if it's originated from a mailing list, there's a possible chance your email were among those sent.
