How to....What are... domains

Hi.

Are "WhatAre<word>.com" and "HowTo<word>.com" domains worth anything? Does it depend on the keyword? What if its a decent keyword, then is the domain worth something?

It really depends on the keyword, and if it is making any money. I like some "HowTo" domains but don't own any.

HowTo… domains are very popular as lot of searches start with ‘how to’ however the value is very much determined by the final keyword and the domain extension but if the keyword is good then all the extension like .org .info .net .co.uk can get you a good price and are good for development.

Also, what are popular domains, like <word>how.com unfortunately ehow is already gone but you can always concentrate on some smaller niche like FoodHow and so on.

Thanks for the response. I thought so, because i bet HowToMakeMoney.com would be pretty huge. I regged HowToCheckCredit.com, has 1million searches per month according to google, but I dont think estibot thought highly of it.
