How to Start a blogging site like blogsome

Does anyone know how to start a site like blogsome.com. I have got a lot of free space on my hosting account . its on linux server. i want to start a web site where other users can some and register for there own blog. as per blogging software i want to use wordpress. so if anyone has experience in doing this then plz forward me the tips on how to install wordpress on my server
