How to really monetize this site

Hello,

I started a news portal in January and I have attached a screenshot of how great it has been doing in traffic. It is not millions but it is a comfortable number to start to monetize.

Any suggestions. I have amazon only on the website as I took Google Adsense off.

Are you asking if the numbers are good or are you asking how to monetize it?

There really isn't much information in that report. You have a good AMOUNT of traffic but where is it coming from and why? (search/referral/direct and from what countries?) What are people looking for? (Search query strings) Do they have commercial intent? What's your bounce rate? What's the average time on-site? Are there a lot of visits to certain pages and none to others or is there variety?

If you put adsense on your site, some percentage of your traffic will click on the ads. To effectively monetize it, you need to understand your visitors.

I looked at few of the items you mentioned and list them below:

Bounce Rate: 77.51%

New Visits: 82.37%

I agree with elytend understanding the traffic of your domain can tell you what to work on and how to monetize it.

If your traffic is direct (people typing your domain in their address bar) then you want to add more content on that particular scenario. Now combined that with the bounce rate. If by adding relevant targeted content makes the bounce rate drop then you are in the right direction.
