How to push a domain name between accounts in domaindiscover.com?

I registered a domain name in domaindiscover.com and luckly sold it in sedo.com ,now sedo ask me to push the domain name to a account in domaindiscover,but I can not find the "push" option in my account in domaindiscover,I write to the support but get the reply that they need either the password of "push-target " account or a fax of the account's photoID.

Have anyone experience that kind of thing?And why domaindiscover.com make such a easy thing so trouble?
