question How to make sense of what is regarded as a domain of interest to others?

My primary exposure is to sedo where I have a few parked domains.
I am puzzled by the domains that are listed as Showcase domains. Lots of them seem to be of low quality, here is a random sample

(apologies if any of this post's readers are listing any of those...)
I'm a tech person and domain stuff is way outside my sphere, and as a techie it may be that I don't have sense about what might appeal. But some of the domains I have seem better than those; some are .com. On the advice of someone here I once ran a subset of my domains by Parkingcrew they were not interested.
I won't be spending a lot of time on this...but I've been hanging on to some of these domains for years and ought to make some kind of move to let them go or try to sell them. I'd be open to any advice.
