  1. From time to time, you may find yourself in a situation where your buyer has failed to make payment or the seller failed to deliver within the time frame you discussed. If this happens, direct message the buyer / seller to remind them that you have a binding contract, and that you would like to complete the transaction. You should never have to wait more than three to five business days, unless otherwise previous agreed upon.

If you don't hear back and the buyer / seller is making no attempt to work with you, simply use the "report button." Using this feature, describe your issue in detail. Once reported, the buyer / seller will be contacted by a member of the NamePros team as a final reminder.

If that fails, the non paying buyer or non delivering seller will be issued an infraction, and you should leave a negative trader rating regarding the failed transaction.
