How to get Auth code from haveaname.com?

As result of snapname winning, I have a name at http://haveaname.com registered. I can't find any instruction of obtaining the Auth code from their
site. I sent email to [email protected], but they never reply to me. What
do you suggest I should do?

Never heard of them.
Make sure the name is in unlocked position so you can even obtain the auth code.

Can you unlock the name? Then request thru your new regsitrarr to transfer it to them? I am not sure why some domain people go thru this with unknown registrarrs. Maybe they are a good company, I don't know. I just trust the big companies as they have been around and are heavily invested. Names like Godaddy, Register, Fabulous, etc are good places to register names as they don't play silly games.

It may not appear that progress is being made, but you may very well get thru to them. By Icann rule they have to let you have access to it so you can freely move it. I remember others who had problems like this at 1&1.

Headaches are best avoided and finding a deal on registration fees is not saving money when a person has to go thru such ordeals. Good luck.

I did not choose this registrar, snapname dispatch you to their partners.

It does not have cpanel, nor any interface. You can only view and change
your contact info, but there is no way to contact them!

No one should use haveaname.com !

Can you request a transfer thru a new registrarr?

I have requested transfer from godaddy.com, it stuck there for a while.
Still there is no reply from haveaname.com, no body should ever use
this registrar. I will contact snapname for help, but it is not snapnames'
fault.

Thks for the heads up, good luck. I would hit the "retry transfer" button in your Godaddy. Maybe trying again will push it thru.

I had the same problem when I picked up a name from snap. It took me about 3 weeks but I got it done. Just keep trying with the emails they will finally answer. I reached them with [email protected]
