budget: above $0/item How to find someone for development

I was wondering if there should be a marketplace sort of website or section here for serious development talks/deals.

Right now, I have so many names that are extremely easy to develop, and there are platforms that can help me with that (booking platforms for example, for like a fifth of them) however... I do not have the time and energy for even that, I'd prefer a simple contract signed with someone or more than one person to do all that for me, in return, they can get most of the revenue, so where do I find the right person? No idea...

Here are some examples: HawaiiTrip.Net, extremely handsome domain, lots of SEO opportunity, too good to be true. RefreshingMusic.com, again very handsome, very nice, tons of SEO potential, LearnMusic123.com, Burgers123.com, extremely hot, probably big business required though OR some business trying to have auxiliary websites to help them with SEO and organic traffic etc. etc. and these're just a few examples.

You can use something like domainui.com or newsy.co to quickly put some content on them and monetize a bit. Or to do something more you can find a developer on places like upwork.com.
