I hope you know that PA and DA are just tool metrics. What is actually important is looking at the links manually and checking the archive history.

If you already have a list of domains that you want to check, there are a bunch of tools for bulk checking.
Just google Bulk PA DA checker.

If you want to search domains with good metrics, expireddomains.net is free but you need some learning curve.
Otherwise domcop is best, but it is paid.

I start on expired domains with the DP metrics. DP is closely related to the number of referring domains. Expired domains also lists wikipedia links, as well as dmoz. Dmoz is an old directory and it suggest old aged links.

You need to figure out your method. people make a living just analysing that
