I would develop it into a videos site with 1 - 1 minutes videos and 74 videos in it.
So 74 mins of entertainment.
Get some videos pack from advertising section here. Many people are selling them. Make a page with Digg like thing on the front page. With 74 links to the inner pages where people can watch the videos.
If you don't want to use that option then just use the Youtube links of 1 minute videos and put 74 links
