I have a few domain names that I want to sell, and I’d love to hear your advice on how to set a fair price. I’ve heard that pricing tools and websites aren’t always accurate, and that ultimately, the buyer decides the value.

I'm planning to mention that the price is negotiable, but I’m unsure what criteria I should rely on when a buyer tries to bargain with me. How can I tell if I’m being undervalued or if I’m asking too much? What factors should I consider to make sure I don’t sell myself short or overprice the domains?
