Hey well im to lazy to code and i know it will make me mad i need this psd coded for wordpress with certain plugins in mind how much would you charge me

For a design like that I would suggest around $95-$120, depends if you go to a hobby coder or someone that does it full time (which could cost you a LOT more).

Truth is that's likely retail... or close to that.. But i guess if you just want a kid off the blog it could be done for less.Truth is the drop down menu's are about all that would make this complicated, well that and someone taking the 5 minutes to integrate an image to be shown using a custom class...

If i had more time i'd offer to do it for $75 but i am crunched with personal projects. I am sure you can find cheaper prices, just is the quality going to be trash.
