What is the bare minimum and realistic price for 1 premium letter .ccTLD (something like a.ug, or d.gg, etc.) and are N.ccTLD worth more or less?

Really depends, I have sold two ccTLD's for mid $xxx and they were .in's (india)

im talking about one premium letter though. for exotic cctlds (exclude .cn, .in, .tv, .cc, etc.)

N.ext names are rarer but i havent seen any sales for them. i think d.md went for $10k a while ago aswell
