Hi,

It depends what you are looking to develop that site into. If all you want is a fancy design with some static content, it'll probably cost you $100-$1000+ depending on who you get to do it and the quality of the work.

If you're looking for a fully functional "paid-to-click" site, you'll be adding another $500-$5000+ for the extra PHP/Cold Fusion/Ruby on Rails/ASP.NET coding that will be required.
