I recieved an inquiry for FinancialAide.info. Where should I began with the Sales Price?

Here's some recent sales with the same terminology:

FinancialAid.com - $800,000
FinancialAide.com - $326,000

What do you guys think?

First you might want to break up the domain up there, use () instead of . or something. NP gets indexed by Google pretty quickly and you don't want a potential buyer stumbling upon this thread.

Second, I'd say the difference between "aid" and "aide" in terms of meaning is significant. Financial aid means a loan or grant to attend a college, mostly. A financial aide would be some sort of tool you'd use to do your finances -- think TurboTax or something like that. Financial aid as a phrase is much more valuable.

Looks like all the extensions have been taken for a while and by different folks, so no intel that you can glean from that.

How'd this offer come through?
