How much is your website worth?

This website is a mild mod of the basic php forum script with a resource section added that is a heavy mod of a php link exchange script.
Right now it lacks content but eventually I plan on making it a place where people can make a website using the resources section and than sell it on the forum section. Or buy a neglected page and flip it.
Please let me know if things look good in browsers other than IE. I spent a lot of time fussing with css to get the mods to work so there might be some problems.

Hi. First of all, the template looks nice. Second, the banner is really nice. Third,t he mods have been implemented very well into your phpBB forum. Fourth, the categories and forums are good.

One thing I've been noticing is a lot of dead forums for sale. I have been building web apps since 2000 and your site seems to be what I've had in mind for quite a few years.. With that in mind I've created an auction marketplace software to handle your members and their auctions ,etc. The application is called ILance and if you are interested (which would be complimentary to your existing "auction hub" site) you should consider ILance for your operations (perhaps you'll get bigger and better bites with more going on in your web site):

If you are interested, take a boo at ILance. It's been in development for the past 3 years I think you'll like what you see. It's written in PHP and requires a MySQL database.

It looks like some very nice auction software, I think it has too many features for me right now. I want to try keeping things as simple as possible. I hink I will be adding some custom code to do some auction functionality later, but if it doesnt work out I will defenately consider your software. Thanks for the sggestion!
