I have to first echo what others said .. If you ask for feedback, then you should be appreciative if you get constructive feedback .. even if you don't agree with it.
That being said .. while you could possibly get $500 from an end user for epiic.com .. the actual chances of selling misspellings like that is well under 1/1,000 per year .. which makes the theoretic cost of holding it more than it's worth by a long shot.
Also note that of the double lettre misspells, this is one of the better ones .. but that's why I said 1/1,000 .. otherwise it would be more like 1/10,000.
The only person to make money on these types of domains is BrandBucket .. because you pay them $10 to list it .. and they don't pay any renewal fees! So while venues like BB might tell you this type of domain is amazing, the numbers truly fall a very long way from making any sense at all.
ADDED: A similar type of domain I like more is the variant spelling. While they too also have challenges and obviously aren't as good as the real word .. they are far better than the doubled letter domains 99.9& of the time.
