How much do you think this is worth?

Ok, how much do you think a PR3 image hosting site with between 600 and 2000 uniques per day is worth? it requires 5 minutes work each day and thats it...

It gathers about $2 per day from adsense...

Any suggestions?

There seems to be a lot of image hosts starting and selling recently, but that sounds about right.
