Around 70+. Check the activity at clubdrop
$70 is a good median price at Club Drop. I actively monitor all 4 digit dot com sales and can tell you that the price range is quite wide.
Here is a samping of recent sales at Enom's club drop for these NNNN dot coms:
0517.COM $670
4903.COM $40
7429.COM $40
7465.COM $40
3585.COM $120
6449.COM $50
4550.COM $70
5176.COM $80
9123.COM $230
6591.COM $110
So as you can see, the prices jump around. Sometimes a number has significance or a special pattern, sometimes a domain has backlinks or traffic (these are expired domains at Enom after all).
4 digit dot coms have been hot for awhile now, but it's still hard to put a fair price tag on them. I have seen resellers trying to sell them for $100 or so in the forums with little luck, but those being sold for $60-$80 usually get bought within a few days.
Over the last year domainers have been acquiring these rather quietly. Supply is shifting into the hands of strong owners, who are less likely to let them expire or give them away. Since these domains often garner a lot of foreign traffic, many domainers are starting to realize ways to monetize them efficiently. I suspect there value will only increase from here, as there are only 10,000 possible 4 digit combinations.
There is a lot more to this subject than just supply and demand. If I have time I might be able to post more later.
