...ride to work? Had ya wondering a little there, now, didn't I?

I work out of an office/studio at home, so for me it's Zero miles. :p(That's why I have time to hang out and start useless threads like this one.)

I have to walk half a mile or so... I'm not being lazy or anything, I just have a 'hatred thing' about it...,

I have to walk past my old school, and everytime I do so, EVERYBODY seems to look at me for no reason... And then we have all the drivers that don't use their fricken indicators... If I'm ever put in hospital it will be because I steped out infront of a car, just so that I can 'have my say' on the law of HAVING to use indicators...

I also work from a home office. While of course convenient, the downside to this is that sometimes the temptation is there to just work the entire day! Not a great way to gain a Baywatch physique.

Although I do take the family to school...
that is 30 miles round trip twice a day
I guess that is my commute

Freelancer..!!! sometimes have to fly 1000+ km, about 50 km drive about twice a week and rest of the days 20 feet walk to my pc.... !!! got an inflated middle...

I have a 2.3mile commute at the moment but in about two weeks we are moving offices and I will have a 12.7mile drive.

No I am not sad because I know it exactly - but I get paid my mileage commuting expenses for a year because my company is 'relocating' me.

Ah well, if they wanna pay it, i'm gonna take it!

I have to commute roughly 6 minutes each way MWF, when I work from home, and 45 minutes on Tth, when I go to my office in the city to see what's up.

"my six minute commute is comprised of me walking to the bathroom to the kitchen and taking my coffee to my office"
