How long is REDEMPTIONPERIOD ?

I'm looking at a domain that expired 12 Nov 2008, and is still in REDEMPTIONPERIOD ? I thought this was only for 30 days ? The registrar is: DIRECTI INTERNET SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. D/B/A PUBLICDOMAINREGISTRY.COM

Can anyone tell me when the domain will be available ?

Redemption Grace Period (RGP) 30 days
Pendingdelete Period 5 days

Registrar may cut the AGP to 30 to 35 days or more shorter, however the domain on whois will enter into redemption period in 45 days after the domain exired.

Depending on registrar redemption period can take up to 14 - 30 days!
