How is this possible

Hello everyone,

today i was checking my email and i received and email from "From: [email protected]".

the domain adisdesign.com is my domain and i don't carry any addresses like that.

How is it possible that someone sends me an email from my domain???

There are a lot of ways that can be done. The simplest is to us MS Outlook and use that email address which makes it look like it came from you.

but that means that other ppl. who might not know that (like i didn't know) might think i am sending them emails from my server....

so they might use [email protected][email protected]
and so on and so on...

spam address ? Use annonymous mailer i think

yeah, you can tell buy the hedder info in the email where it came from, thats the only tru way to tell if a email is legit.

This happens to me a lot as well ..... I'm also getting a lot of "returned mail errors" that I didn't even send !!! - here lately ???????????????

- The spammers are always looking for a new way to hide themselves - But if it ever came down to it / I'd hope there is a way to discover the location of true sender(s) through IP or Area locations .

it use to be some 'hack' about email name spoofing, dont know if its still useable, but i read on it but i forgot how to do it ;(
