How is my new Header?

I just made a new header for my blog using Gimp and Photoshop.

I posterized my photo using Gimp, apparantly it does the job better than photoshop. Then imported the photo in photoshop and used a brush to make random strokes and then applied dry brush and crosshatch... Font used is a free one.

It could be Base02 ill check. From dafont.com, ill edit in if it is.

The font is Base02.
