How if we/ somebody else forget about listing the domain for sale.
because we listed in many places.

1. if we listed in many places. and then sold in one place, and forget to remove it on other places. and then on this other places somebody else buy it. what to do ?

2. if our domain is listed by previous owner.
what we need to do ?

Well at least sell it to one of them, first one who bought it would be the one who should get it unless the other person paid a lot more for it.

But you will probably have to also pay the commission fees on the other one.

I am sure you are not the first one who has done this.

1. you will have to say that you are not able to complete transaction. Sometime it will cost you: http://www.namepros.com/domain-name-discussion/766914-problem-with-sedo.html
Solution: either update your inventory in all marketplaces regularly, or list them as "make offer" as oppose to "fixed price" when you always have a chance to refuse an offer if you find out that you don't have the somain.

2. most marketplaces when you submit the domain that already listed by somebody else, will ask you to provide prove that you are the new owner of the said name. When we do so, they will remove it from the old owner's account to add it to yours.

The first person to pay is the owner. Even if you get a better bid. If the new owner wants to sell to them they can profit from the sale.

same thing happened to me...
i tried to list

earnfromads.com

in sedo.. only to find out that the preious owner and not removed it from his portfolio...
i sent a mail to sedo 3days back.they asked me to send the screenshot of my details...nothing happened for two days....10 minutes back i started live chat option at sedo...and this issue got sorted out in no time....
great customer support at sedo
