How Honest Do You Think Parking Companies Are? We here a lot of talk about PPC fraud, but we have no way of telling wether our parked domains are also fraud victims of the parking companies.

That all depends on how you want to look at it. Google for example publicly states they shave 25% I think it is of the clicks as a whole to compensate the advertiser for fraud clicks. The parking programs probably do about the same since most of them use these programs. Although they might be doing a bit of shaving/compensating themselves. Now they are honest with that fact but it makes a fine line of honest reporting on revenues for the honest webmaster.

Well if the parking company is shaving and google states they shave then I guess you would be getting double shaved. :hehe: I personally am taking all the domains I think have any long term value and having mini sites thrown on them as that involves only me and google no middleman. The domains that I will let drop or sell cheap I am leaving parked. I personally think that mini sites are the way to go and the small investment will pay itself back ten fold and eliminate a middleman in my profits.

They don't actually remove 25% of the clicks do they? They just lower the CPC by 25%?

idk... it all depends in the company... Ive had some bad experiences with a few, i use sedo once and a while, but there rates are a little too high for my standards, so i tend to use mini sites

Is there a difference between the two? In my book it equals 25% reduction in income to an honest name owner either way.
