From what I can see it already is developed.
Not a bad looking site, in all fairness.

Google results for "Retire Loaded" is only 837.

As a domain name, I do not think that it holds a great deal of value.
But obviously as a website it will hold greater value depending on visitor stats and revenue made.

Ill agree with carltonleon. Though nobody is really searching for the term "retire loaded", your target market is quite huge. I can see you doing well from the site if you drive enough traffic to it.
