question How Domains with numbers are valued?

I am seeing lots of NNNNN.coms and NNNNNN.coms selling for lots of money.
Like here in NP in section "Make Offer: Min. $500" there is 10900.com which has lots of offers on it and also in "Domain Auctions" 49124.com and 152778.com & 115150.com have lots of decent bids on them.

So my question is how 1 would access the value of these type domains? As domainer what are you looking in them? I have tried to find out but could not get any concrete answer.

Any help would be appreciated....

51 reads close to "i want"
3 reads close to "get on, be in, go"
513 makes some sense for gaming

17 reads close to "together"
6 reads close to "happy"
so 176 means "get together and have fun"

but most of number domains dont have any value for end users
they are just domainers' domains

I still do not get it
why someone pay 55,000$ for a number that has meaning of long phrase
while he can buy premium one word (e. happiness.com, together.com havefun.com ...etc) for that amount of money
or even one premium word chinese idn.com for 10% of that amount with traffic and exact match of xxx,xxx!

i cant agree with you more
imo, number domains are way too over-heated
what you people see is the price goes up sharp
but you dont know that
even in china, we have huge dispute on this
i dont do numbers
bcz i dont see many endusers pick them
and i dont believe they will
