How do you make animated graphics?

if i were to use photoshop or some program like that, how would i make a animated graphic?

Use Adobe ImageReady. If you are familiar with macromedia flash you should be able to create animated graphics with no problems. when creating animated graphics you have to work with a timeline .. same as flash.

Good-tutorials.com should get you started.

director is a good tool to use as well, but I agree image ready and flash are the best..

Never used Director. When you get used to using ImageReady and Adobe Photoshop you dont need anything else
