Google sends payments through check or electronic bank transfer (if applicable in your country). They do not pay by Paypal so not having a Paypal account is not a problem.
I've been almost all over the world (Never Nepal, however), and I've yet to find somewhere that won't take $'s , Euro's, or GBP's if the check is large enough.

same question.
im from bangladesj. we do have all the international banks like standard chartard and others. we have credit cards available like master card, visa. can i get direct check.
us doller is not a prob.
I haven't any experience with them, but I understand that ikobo is fairly widely respected. They claim to be able to send money to both Nepal & Bangladesh.
Their system works through Visa debit cards, they send you one when you receive your first payment & top it up after that.
When you get a check, take it to a bank and get it encashed, they will give you a acknowledgement receipt and send the cheque for clearance after which the bank will get the money and give it to you after deducting their fees, hope that helps
