Someone linked to my website from his, but inserted an iFrame at the top -
http://www.greybruce.org/?anon=www.browser9.com

I think it's a brilliant concept. How did he do it? Any code sample?

something like a free redirect php script could do:
http://www.phpscriptcenter.com/frameredirect.php
just rename it to index.php and change url to anon
that should do it.

w/o mods it can do this:
http://yoursite.com/redirect.php3?url=http://thesiteurl.com
