reporting it to icann will cause icann to investigate it for you, icann will not allow bogus information on the personal information, or the domain owner needs to use whois protction services which is usually paid services. seeing the whois info posted here, makes me conclude about 60% it's stolen i could be wrong, then.

domain owners/sellers are responsible for updating their personal information and to post real information not a bogus one, on that point only i made my basis for conclusion.

btw, whois.sc allows you to see saved whois searches done on a domain but it requires paid membership such as the silver membership this could show you previous owners of the domain in question. good luck :)

my friendly advise is contact icann and enom about this domain, remember also not all that shines are gold, it could be only a gold-plated, but not real, legitimate gold.

No. He may have just put in fake info 'cos he doesn't want his details being public and can't/won't buy some from of Whoisprotect.

You are right to be skeptical. I would probe a little bit more before I would barter or buy that domain.
